Whether on a date with a lover, at the beach with friends, at Matsuri with coworkers, or casually with strangers... what could be better than everyone in fundoshi?
Fundoshi has been very special to me ever since I discovered it. It's what I wear daily in its various forms. I love the feeling of freedom, security and comfort and to go swimming I just take off my shorts and jump in. The best benefit has been in finding the best friend of my life who also shares a love of fundoshi culture. We've done everything together. We married our wives, had kids, supported each other through work ups and downs, got sterilized together when we had two kids each and sat with cold packs on our junk for a weekend together. It's a special bond which includes private times in our fundoshis and with them off. We have two sons each and they want to be like their dads so we're introducing them to this special world of male bonding. Thanks for all of the great images here that reinforce just how special this is.
