Fundoshi: The Masculine Edge

Fundoshi is an active garment. Superficially like the Western athletic supporter, the fundoshi does more than cover the loins, it secures them. Vigorous activities like swimming, drumming, and martial arts lend themselves to fundoshi wearing: the genitals are held close to the body, out of harms way. The fundoshi's identity as a warrior's or athlete's garment conveys a manliness that translates (once again, a bit like the jockstrap) into masculine sexuality.

This masculine edge definitely does not reserve fundoshi only for males, or only for the masculine; however it lends an almost electric charge to any situation involving fundoshi that makes a statement underwear alone (or even nudity) can not quite contain!

And now, a miniature fundoshi epic illustrating this effect on a sturdy, seductive subject:

I hope you fully enjoyed that photo series! I'd love to see more from this fundoshi-clad stud.

I apologize...

I'm experiencing technical problems with the blog and am unable to publish new posts for the time being. I pledge to begin posting again as soon as I can fix whatever's broken.

Until then, Bara y Mas from tumbler, you will have to steal your uncredited images from somewhere else ;)
