I have attended one of these performances. It is intense stuff. I always find myself torn between the intensity of the ceremonial drumming and the beautiful men with beautiful, bare butts. Being pulled in two directions that way does make for an erotically-charged evening.
Definitely something about the pounding drums, the rippling muscles, the rivulets of sweat droplets running down the bodies of the drummers, their intense ferocity, and of course their well-wrapped fundoshis -- the whole "package," really!
